Biography:
Jyotish Kumar is a 3rd year Biochemistry PhD student in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), USA. He holds an Master of Science in Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, INDIA, and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Banaras Hindu University, INDIA. His research focuses on the synthesis and biomedical applications of carbon-based nanomaterials for neurodegenerative diseases. He has published multiple research articles in peer-reviewed journals and has presented his work at international conferences. His expertise includes nanomaterials synthesis, spectroscopy techniques, and in vitro/in vivo biological assays using animal cell lines and Confocal microscopy.
